Lia Counter Attendant: the reception robot we're designing

Elya already answers your clients on WhatsApp, Instagram, email and website chat and books them into the calendar. The next question was: what about when the client walks through the door?

October 3, 2026 · concept, no launch date

Concept Illustrative AI-generated videos. The robot doesn't exist yet.

Why a robot

Many appointment businesses have no receptionist. Arrivals wait standing, the stylist stops mid-service to check the calendar, and walk-ins leave without an answer.

The idea behind Lia Counter Attendant is to put the same Elya AI into a friendly body behind the desk, connected to the same calendar: what she books in the chat, she confirms at arrival.

What it would do

  • Greets arrivals and checks them in by name or phone
  • Squeezes in walk-ins on the spot
  • Lets the staff member know the client has arrived
  • Talks by voice and shows the calendar on its chest screen

What it wouldn't do

Replace the team. The robot handles arrivals and the calendar; the service itself stays human.

Where it stands

It's a concept. The videos are illustrative and AI-generated, and the robot doesn't exist yet. We want to test it first with a few businesses already using Elya.

Investment We're looking for investors to bring Lia Counter Attendant to life. Interested? Email [email protected].
